Email [email protected]. Include the email address on your account and what you were doing when it went wrong. Never send broker API keys, passwords or one-time codes by email — we will never ask for them.
Urgent: positions and bots
If you need a practice bot to stop, use Pause or Stop & close on that bot. You can also Pause Autopilot in Settings. These controls remain available if a subscription expires.
Account and data requests
You can delete your account in Settings. For access or correction of your data, email the contact address above.
